Using our Check In kiosk, „Ariane“, is as easy as using an ATM and gives our guests the possibility to check in beyond our opening hours!
ARRIVAL WITH RESERVATION
You may book your room with us directly or via one of the many booking platforms on the internet. After having completed your booking you will receive an email with your personal check in code (confirmation number). You will need this number to use the Check In kiosk

2. Enter your personal code (confirmation number)
(sent by the mail from the hotel directly)
3. FILL IN THE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION FORM
4. Choose the NUMBER OF ROOM KEYS
5. Your key cards are being ENCODED
(With the key cards you may entert he hotel, your room and you need the key card for electricity on the room)
